Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all goods and services listed in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (TED) to the supplier's account registered under RUT 78.123.456-7.
- Acceptance: The Office of the Honorable Politician reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of arrival at the Santiago premises. Any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing to the supplier within this period.
- Warranty: All physical goods are covered by a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty. The IT support and cybersecurity contract includes a 99.9% uptime guarantee with a service-level penalty clause.
- Compliance: All services and goods procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations of the Contraloría General de la República de Chile and the applicable transparency laws governing public officials and the Politician's office in Chile Santiago.
- Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all documents, constituent data, and internal communications of the Politician's office. Breach of this clause shall result in immediate contract termination and legal action under Chilean data protection law (Ley 19.628).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the Santiago metropolitan region.
