TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items to the Politician's designated campaign headquarters in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, no later than July 15, 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the valid invoice, in accordance with the commercial practices of Medellín, Colombia.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials bearing the Politician's image and campaign messaging must be approved in writing by the Politician's communications team prior to mass production. The supplier shall provide digital proofs for the Politician's review within five (5) business days of order confirmation.
- Warranty: All electronic equipment (sound systems, LED displays, IT infrastructure) shall carry a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty, with on-site service coverage within the city of Medellín and the metropolitan area (Bello, Itagúi, Envigado).
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods and services comply with applicable Colombian regulations, including but not limited to the Estatuto Electoral, the regulations of the Consejo Nacional Electoral, and the consumer protection law (Ley 1480 de 2011) of Colombia.
- Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician's campaign strategies, voter data, and internal communications. Any breach of this clause shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under Colombian law.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved in the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies as declared by the national government of Colombia.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Politician's authorized representative and the supplier's legal representative.
