- Delivery Location: All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Office of the Honorable Politician located at 12 Avenue de la Nation, Gombe, Kinshasa, DR Congo Kinshasa, unless otherwise specified in the individual line items.
- Delivery Timeline: The supplier shall complete all deliveries and service engagements within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Event-specific services (Items 01, 04, 05, and 10) must be confirmed in writing no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of goods or completion of services. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in DR Congo Kinshasa. The currency of payment shall be United States Dollars (USD) as stated in this Purchase Order.
- Quality Standards: All printed materials bearing the Politician's name, portrait, or official seal must be submitted for written approval by the Chief of Staff prior to mass production. Any materials not meeting the approved specifications shall be reprinted at the supplier's expense.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is issued in full compliance with the Public Procurement Law of the Democratic Republic of Congo (Law No. 011/2002) and all applicable regulations governing the expenditure of public funds by elected officials in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Warranty and Liability: The supplier warrants that all goods delivered under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months. The supplier assumes full liability for any damage to persons or property arising from the provision of services listed herein.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo Kinshasa, in accordance with the civil and commercial code of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Politician's office and the supplier.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to acts of God, civil unrest, government sanctions, or other events beyond reasonable control in DR Congo Kinshasa.
This Purchase Order is hereby authorized and approved for execution by the undersigned, acting on behalf of the Office of the Honorable Politician, Senator for the City of Kinshasa, DR Congo Kinshasa.
