- Delivery: All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's office located in Smouha District, Alexandria, Egypt, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified per line item.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery or completion of services. The Politician's office reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found to be defective or non-compliant with the specifications outlined herein.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials, signage, and merchandise must bear the Politician's approved imagery and comply with the visual identity guidelines provided by the office. The supplier shall submit digital proofs for approval prior to mass production. Any deviation without written consent from the Politician's authorized representative shall be rejected at the supplier's expense.
- Compliance with Egyptian Law: This Purchase Order and all associated transactions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The supplier warrants that all services, particularly those related to political communication and public events, shall comply with the Egyptian Electoral Law, the Alexandria Governorate municipal regulations, and all applicable public procurement statutes.
- Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician's strategic plans, voter data, internal communications, and any non-public information disclosed during the execution of this Purchase Order. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Egypt Alexandria, or acts of civil unrest.
- Warranty: All physical goods are covered by a minimum twelve-month warranty from the date of delivery. The supplier shall replace or repair any defective items within ten (10) business days of notification by the Politician's office.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the Politician's authorized representative and the supplier's authorized signatory.
