TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Politician, a sitting Member of Parliament representing the Addis Ababa constituency within the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. All goods and services listed herein are procured for official parliamentary and public service purposes.
- The supplier, Addis Ababa Political Services & Supplies PLC, acknowledges that all materials bearing the Politician's name, image, or official parliamentary insignia must be produced in strict compliance with the Ethiopian Electoral Commission guidelines and the Federal Parliament's code of conduct for elected officials.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Politician's office receiving a valid tax invoice and proof of delivery. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.
- All deliveries must be made to the Parliament Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, or to the Politician's designated constituency office in Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Politician's chief of staff.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of professional quality, and free from defects. Any defective items must be replaced within seven (7) business days at no additional cost to the Politician's office.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Civil Code of Ethiopia and applicable commercial regulations. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Court or by arbitration under the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reject any line item on this Purchase Order with forty-eight (48) hours' written notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. No liability shall arise from such modifications or cancellations.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the data protection and privacy regulations of Ethiopia. The supplier shall not disclose the Politician's personal information, schedule, or constituency data to any third party without explicit written consent from the Politician's office.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the expiration date stated above. It may be extended by mutual written agreement between the Politician's authorized representative and the supplier's managing director.
