4.1 Delivery: All goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's office at 126 Rue de l'Université, 75007 Paris, France, no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier shall bear all transportation costs and risks of loss until goods are received and signed for by the Politician's designated office manager.
4.2 Quality and Compliance: All items must comply with French and European Union regulations. Campaign materials must adhere to the transparency requirements set forth by the Haute Autorité pour la transparence de la vie publique (HATVP) governing Politician expenditures in France Paris.
