Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Politician, Dr. Heinrich Vogel, MdB, operating from the constituency office in Germany Berlin, and constitutes a binding procurement request for all listed goods and services.
- All deliveries and service renderings shall be completed at the Politician's designated office address in Germany Berlin unless otherwise specified in the line-item notes. The supplier acknowledges that the Politician's schedule in Germany Berlin may require flexible delivery windows and advance coordination.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Germany Berlin within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate applicable under German commercial law (BGB §288).
