5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the city of Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, serving as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this procurement.
5.2 The Politician’s office reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods and services upon receipt. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or corrected within ten (10) business days at the supplier’s sole expense.
5.3 All services related to the Politician’s public appearances in Frankfurt must be completed in strict accordance with the Hessian State Parliament’s code of conduct for elected officials and the data protection regulations of the Hessian Data Protection Authority (HBDI).
5.4 The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician’s schedule, constituency activities, and any unpublished policy documents. A breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action under German civil and criminal law.
5.5 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account in Frankfurt, Germany, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate pursuant to Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
5.6 The supplier warrants that all goods and services provided under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects and shall comply with all applicable German and European Union regulations, including but not limited to the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.7 This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Politician’s office. Any approved subcontractor must be based in Germany and must adhere to the same terms and conditions set forth herein.
This Purchase Order is authorised and issued on behalf of the Politician Dr. Heinrich Vogel, Member of the Hessian State Parliament, Frankfurt am Main constituency. The document is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
