5.5 Cancellation or modification of this Purchase Order may only be made in writing by the Politician or his authorised parliamentary secretary. The supplier shall confirm any changes in writing within five (5) business days.

5.6 The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's schedule, security arrangements, and personal data in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
