TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement policies of the Politician's constituency office and is subject to the provisions of the Ghana Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and its amendments, as applicable to political office expenditures in Ghana Accra.
- The Supplier shall deliver all goods and render all services to the Politician's designated office at 12 Independence Avenue, Osu, Ghana Accra, or to such alternative location in Ghana Accra as the Politician's office may specify in writing.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods and services by the Politician's office representative in Ghana Accra.
- All goods must be of new, first-quality condition. Any defective or non-conforming items shall be replaced at the Supplier's sole cost within seven (7) business days of notification by the Politician's office.
- The Supplier warrants that all services rendered, including event management, legal consultancy, and media production, shall be performed by qualified professionals and in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including all applicable regulations governing political activities in Ghana Accra.
- Any changes to the scope, quantity, or delivery schedule of this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both the Politician's authorised representative and the Supplier before execution.
- The Supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all goods in transit and for all personnel operating within the Politician's premises in Ghana Accra throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 698).
- The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any portion of the delivery that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order, without incurring any obligation to accept non-conforming goods or services.
- All intellectual property rights in materials produced under this Purchase Order, including designs, photographs, videos, and printed content bearing the Politician's name or image, shall vest exclusively in the Politician's office upon full payment.
