- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Politician, India Bangalore, and is governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka and the Central Government of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India Bangalore.
- The supplier, Shree Kamala Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., shall deliver all goods and services specified in this Purchase Order to the constituency office of the Politician at MG Road, India Bangalore, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5%.
- All printed materials, banners, brochures, and digital content must bear the Politician's approved name, party affiliation, and the India Bangalore constituency identifier. No alteration of branding is permitted without prior written consent from the Chief Administrative Officer.
- Payment shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory inspection of goods or completion of services. Payment shall be made via RTGS/NEFT to the supplier's designated bank account in India Bangalore.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of merchantable quality, and free from defects. A warranty period of 12 months applies to all electronic equipment (PA systems, LED displays) and 6 months to all printed and promotional materials.
- Security and event management services (Item 7) must comply with the Karnataka Police Act, 1960, and all applicable regulations regarding the protection of public figures and the conduct of public gatherings in India Bangalore. All security personnel must carry valid identification and be registered with the local police station.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect, reject, or request modification of any item upon delivery. Rejected items must be replaced within 7 working days at the supplier's sole cost.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. The supplier's acceptance is confirmed by signing the acknowledgment section below and returning a copy to the Office of the Politician, India Bangalore, within 5 working days.
- All data, designs, and intellectual property created specifically for the Politician's campaign and constituency office in India Bangalore shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician's office. The supplier shall not reuse, reproduce, or distribute such materials without express written permission.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issue. If not accepted within this period, it shall be deemed null and void, and the Office of the Politician, India Bangalore, reserves the right to re-tender the requirements.
