Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the Municipal Corporation of India Mumbai and applicable provisions under the Maharashtra Municipalities, Towns and Docks Act, 1881.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the Politician's official ward office at Dadar (West), India Mumbai, within 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within 45 days of successful delivery and inspection of goods, via RTGS/NEFT to the supplier's designated bank account. No cash payments shall be made.
- All printed materials bearing the Politician's name, photograph, or official designation must be approved in writing by the Politician's office before printing. The Politician reserves the right to reject any material that does not meet the prescribed standards of the India Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
- The supplier warrants that all goods shall be new, of merchantable quality, and free from defects. A warranty period of minimum 12 months applies to all electronic and mechanical items.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend this Purchase Order with 7 days' written notice to the supplier.
- All transactions under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as applicable to elected representatives in India Mumbai.
- Delivery charges, installation, and commissioning (where applicable) are included in the unit prices stated above. No additional charges shall be levied.
- This Purchase Order is valid only for the specific Politician named herein and the office of the Municipal Corporation of India Mumbai. It shall not be transferred or assigned to any third party.
