Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the office of the Hon'ble Politician, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, for the exclusive use of his parliamentary constituency operations in India New Delhi. All goods and services procured under this order shall be delivered to the Politician's registered office at 12, Mandi House, Connaught Place, India New Delhi — 110001.
- The supplier shall ensure that all campaign materials bearing the Politician's name, portrait, and party symbols comply with the Election Commission of India guidelines and the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as applicable in India New Delhi.
- Payment shall be processed via RTGS/NEFT to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory delivery confirmation by the Politician's office in India New Delhi.
- All vehicles procured under this Purchase Order shall be registered in the name of the Politician's constituency trust and shall display the official India New Delhi government vehicle registration plates as mandated by the Election Commission.
- The supplier warrants that all goods shall be of the highest quality, free from defects, and shall conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Any non-conforming items shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within seven (7) working days.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in India New Delhi. The jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court shall apply.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend this Purchase Order in whole or in part by issuing a written amendment notice. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- All data and materials related to this Purchase Order, including the Politician's personal information and constituency records, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the Politician's office in India New Delhi.
- The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is part of a legitimate political campaign and public service initiative conducted by the Politician for the benefit of the citizens of India New Delhi, and all transactions shall be transparent and auditable.
