Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement regulations governing the office of a Politician serving in the Regional Legislative Council of Indonesia Jakarta, and all transactions shall comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- The Seller shall deliver all goods and services to the Politician's designated office address in Indonesia Jakarta no later than the delivery deadline stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice (faktur pajak) and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- All printed materials, banners, and branded merchandise must bear the Politician's official office seal and comply with the visual identity guidelines approved by the Politician's administrative team in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Seller warrants that all goods are new, of commercial quality, and free from defects. Any defective items must be replaced within five (5) business days at the Seller's sole expense.
- Services related to the Politician's public events in Indonesia Jakarta must be performed in full compliance with local permits, public order regulations, and the guidelines set by the Jakarta Metropolitan Government (Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta).
- This Purchase Order may be amended or cancelled only by mutual written agreement between the Politician's authorized representative and the Seller. Any such amendment must be documented in a formal addendum to this Purchase Order.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court in South Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the Politician's office procurement in Indonesia Jakarta.
