TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Honorable Politician serving in the Tehran Municipal Assembly and is governed by the financial regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran's municipal procurement code.
- All items shall be delivered to the politician's designated office at 12 Vali-e-Asr Street, Tehran, Iran, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery and acceptance by the politician's administrative office.
- The supplier warrants that all goods conform to the specifications stated herein and to the quality standards mandated by the Tehran Municipal Assembly for official use by its elected representatives.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- This Purchase Order may not be transferred, assigned, or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Office of the Honorable Politician, Tehran.
- All documentation, including invoices and delivery receipts, must be prepared in Persian (Farsi) with an English translation attached for the politician's administrative records.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are for the exclusive official use of the politician in the performance of legislative duties in Tehran and shall not be used for any private or commercial purpose.
