- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of Councillor David Ben-Ami, a Politician serving on the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipal Council, and is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Public Procurement Law, 5761-2001, and the Municipalities Ordinance.
- All goods and services listed herein are intended exclusively for the official duties of the Politician in Israel Tel Aviv and shall not be used for private or partisan purposes outside the scope of municipal governance.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable Israeli labor laws, security regulations, and data protection requirements (Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981) when delivering services to the Politician's office.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Politician's constituency office at 14 Ben-Gurion Avenue, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, between 08:00 and 16:00 on business days.
- Security personnel engaged under Line Item 5 must hold valid Israeli security licenses issued by the Ministry of Public Security and shall undergo background checks approved by the Tel Aviv Municipal Security Division.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the Politician's designated procurement officer. Verbal amendments are not binding.
- The supplier warrants that all printed materials bearing the Politician's name and likeness shall be delivered in a form approved by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipal Communications Department prior to public distribution.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tel Aviv District Court, Israel, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the Israeli Civil Procedure Rules.
- This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and countersigned by the supplier within five (5) business days of the issue date.
This Purchase Order has been reviewed and authorized in accordance with the financial delegation of authority of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipal Council.
