- Delivery Location: All physical goods shall be delivered to the office of the Politician at Palazzo Pirelli, Piazza Duca d'Aosta 1, 20124 Milano (MI), Italy, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 CET, Monday through Friday. Event-related services shall be performed at the venue specified in the respective line item.
- Delivery Timeline: Items 01, 04, 06, and 07 shall be delivered no later than 20 June 2025. Items 02 and 05 shall be completed by 26 June 2025. Item 03 services shall be executed on 28 June 2025. Item 08 shall be completed by 5 July 2025.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the Seller's designated account within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice (fattura elettronica) compliant with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972). The Seller's IBAN shall be: IT60 X054 2811 1010 0000 0123 456.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is issued in full compliance with the Italian Public Procurement Code (Codice dei Contratti Pubblici, D.Lgs. 36/2023) and the internal financial regulations governing the expenditure of a Politician's parliamentary office in the Regione Lombardia. All expenditures are subject to audit by the Corte dei Conti.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials must bear the official seal of the Consigliere Regionale and the Regione Lombardia. Any material not meeting the approved specifications shall be replaced at the Seller's expense within 5 business days.
