2. SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE
This Purchase Order is issued in connection with the official duties and public engagements of On. 5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice (fattura elettronica) issued in accordance with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (SdI – Sistema di Interscambio). Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Seller, as registered with the Municipality of Naples.
b) Delivery and Performance: All goods and services under this Purchase Order must be delivered and performed within the city of Naples, Italy, or its metropolitan area, unless otherwise specified. The Politician's office at Palazzo dello Spagnolo, Via Duomo, Naples, shall serve as the primary point of coordination for all deliveries and service engagements.
c) Compliance: The Seller warrants that all services and goods procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with applicable Italian national law, European Union regulations, and the specific administrative bylaws of the Municipality of Naples. The Seller acknowledges that the Politician named herein is a public official subject to the transparency and accountability standards of the Italian Republic.
d) Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order, including the Politician's personal data, shall be handled in strict accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679).
e) Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.
