All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered and rendered at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Viale della Musica 1, 00144 Rome, Italy. The supplier is required to complete all setup, installation, and preparation no later than 06:00 CET on 28 June 2025. The Politician’s office will provide a dedicated point of contact on-site to oversee compliance with the specifications outlined in this document. Any deviations from the agreed scope must be reported in writing to the Chief of Staff at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier’s designated Italian bank account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice conforming to Italian fiscal regulations.
- A 40% advance payment shall be due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by the supplier, to be transferred within 10 business days.
- The remaining 60% balance shall be settled within 30 days following the successful completion of the event and the Politician’s written confirmation of satisfactory performance.
- All payments are subject to the Italian withholding tax (ritenuta d’acconto) of 4% where applicable under current Italian tax law.
- Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the European Central Bank, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
- The supplier warrants that all goods and services shall comply with applicable Italian and European Union regulations, including but not limited to safety standards, data protection (GDPR / Reg. UE 2016/679), and accessibility requirements.
- The Politician’s office reserves the right to inspect all materials and services prior to the event and to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications stated herein.
- The supplier shall maintain full professional liability insurance (RC professionale) with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order, including the Politician’s schedule, policy positions, and internal communications, shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No oral modifications shall be binding.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, or government-ordered closures in Rome, Italy), either party may suspend performance without penalty, provided written notice is given within 24 hours.
