Payment Terms: Net 30 days from delivery and acceptance. Payment to be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. All transactions are subject to audit by the Kyoto Prefectural Political Funds Management Committee.
- All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's designated office in Japan Kyoto unless otherwise specified in the line items.
- The Supplier warrants that all materials and services shall comply with the Political Funds Regulation Act and the Kyoto Municipal Procurement Ordinance. Any violation shall render this Purchase Order void at the Politician's discretion.
- The Politician's office in Japan Kyoto reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods and services prior to final acceptance. Rejection of non-conforming items must be communicated within five (5) business days of delivery.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to this Purchase Order, including the Politician's schedule, constituent data, and strategic communications, shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Supplier and its subcontractors.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Japan Kyoto, and if unresolved, through the Kyoto District Court.
- This Purchase Order is valid only for the Politician's current term of office in the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly and shall be automatically voided upon the Politician's departure from public office.
