- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Hon. Politician, a registered political office operating under the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with its principal place of business in Kenya Nairobi. All transactions governed by this Purchase Order shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and applicable Kenya Nairobi municipal regulations.
- The Seller acknowledges that all goods and services listed herein are procured for the official use of the Politician in the discharge of parliamentary duties, constituency representation, and public engagement activities within Kenya Nairobi. The Politician's name, likeness, and political branding shall be used solely for the purposes specified in this Purchase Order.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Politician's designated office or event venue within Kenya Nairobi. The Seller bears full responsibility for safe transport, insurance, and risk of loss until goods are received and signed for by the Politician's authorised representative in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Seller, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all items by the Politician's procurement officer. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- The Seller warrants that all campaign materials bearing the Politician's name and image shall be produced in strict compliance with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) guidelines for political communication in Kenya Nairobi. Any non-compliant materials shall be rejected at the Seller's cost.
- Confidentiality: The Seller agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician's campaign strategies, voter data, internal communications, and any proprietary information shared in connection with this Purchase Order. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action under Kenyan law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi, and failing mediation, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya Nairobi, Republic of Kenya.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The venue for all legal proceedings shall be Kenya Nairobi.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust quantities in this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice to the Seller, subject to mutual agreement on any costs already incurred.
