PURPOSE OF THIS PURCHASE ORDERThis Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Politician, H.E. - Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 11 of 2016) and the regulations issued by the National Assembly of Kuwait regarding the administration of Members' offices.
- Delivery: All physical goods and materials shall be delivered to the designated locations within Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Services shall commence within fourteen (14) calendar days of written confirmation by the Politician's Chief of Staff.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory completion of the applicable deliverable. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Kuwait. All amounts are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).
- Quality and Compliance: All goods and services must comply with Kuwaiti standards and regulations. The Seller warrants that all materials bearing the Politician's name, seal, or the National Assembly insignia shall be produced with prior written approval from the Office of the Honorable Politician.
- Confidentiality: The Seller acknowledges that all documents, research, communications, and data related to the Politician's legislative work, constituency matters, and political activities are strictly confidential. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under Kuwaiti law.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. The Buyer (the Politician's office) reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of non-performance, breach of confidentiality, or any act that may compromise the Politician's political standing or the integrity of the National Assembly.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, in accordance with Kuwaiti civil and commercial law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, public health emergencies, or national security measures issued by the State of Kuwait.
