TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Politician, Member of Parliament for the Kuala Lumpur Federal Constituency, and constitutes a binding procurement document under Malaysian commercial law.
- The supplier, Perdana Campaign & Political Services Sdn. Bhd., acknowledges and accepts all terms herein. All deliverables must meet the specifications outlined above and comply with Malaysian Standards (MS) where applicable.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods and services by the Politician's office manager in Kuala Lumpur.
- All printed materials, digital content, and branded merchandise must bear the Politician's official name, constituency designation, and the Malaysian national emblem (Jata Negara) where required by protocol. No material shall be used for purposes other than those specified in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that all services and goods are free from defects and shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all electronic equipment (LED displays) and a thirty (30) day warranty on all printed materials.
- Any changes to scope, quantity, or delivery schedule must be approved in writing by the Honorable Politician's authorised representative before execution. Unauthorized modifications will not be compensated.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's schedule, constituency data, and internal communications. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action under the Malaysian Access to Information Act 2021.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court or by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 2005 of Malaysia.
- All deliveries are to be made to the constituency office address stated above during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding Malaysian public holidays).
- The supplier must provide a detailed delivery schedule and progress report every Friday until all items under this Purchase Order are fully delivered and accepted.
