1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Hon. Margaret T. Callaghan, MP for Wellington Central, and constitutes a binding procurement document for the Politician's parliamentary and constituency operations in New Zealand Wellington.
2. All goods and services listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Parliament Buildings address in New Zealand Wellington no later than the Required Delivery Date specified above. Late delivery penalties of 1.5% per calendar day shall apply to the total order value.
3. The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of receipt. Any items found to be defective, non-conforming, or not matching the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order shall be replaced at the vendor's expense within ten (10) business days.
4. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's nominated New Zealand bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (NZ-WLG-2025-04871).
5. All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the New Zealand Public Procurement Rules 2014, the Parliamentary Service Act 1999, and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. The vendor warrants that all data handling practices meet the standards required for a Politician's office operating within New Zealand Wellington.
6. This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms of the Parliamentary Services Division procurement policy. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand Wellington.
7. The vendor acknowledges that this Purchase Order relates to the operational requirements of an elected Politician serving the electorate of Wellington Central and that all materials bearing the Politician's name or likeness must be approved in writing prior to production.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications to scope, pricing, or delivery timelines in New Zealand Wellington shall be binding.
