- Delivery: All goods and services specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered and installed at the designated locations within Nigeria Abuja no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier, Abuja Prime Office Solutions Ltd., shall bear all transportation and logistics costs within the Federal Capital Territory.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two tranches: fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery and inspection of all items, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon final commissioning and a satisfactory twelve-month warranty period. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account details stated in Section 1. The Politician's office reserves the right to withhold payment for any defective or non-conforming items.
- Warranty: All equipment and materials supplied under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. The supplier shall provide free repair or replacement for any items found to be defective during the warranty period.
- Compliance: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is issued by the office of a sitting Politician in the Nigerian Senate and must comply with all applicable federal procurement regulations, the Public Procurement Act of Nigeria (2007), and the guidelines of the Nigeria Abuja Federal Capital Territory government.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity of the Politician, the nature of the political office, and the specific procurement details, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the Politician's office.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja.
- Amendments: No amendment to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the Politician's authorized representative and the supplier.
