4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the Honourable Politician's constituency office in Nigeria Lagos and the Federal Public Procurement Act of Nigeria (2007).
All goods and services must be delivered and rendered at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos, no later than 06:00 hours on 28 June 2025. Late delivery will attract a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
The supplier shall provide a detailed delivery schedule and a point of contact for on-site coordination at least 72 hours prior to the event date.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and a signed delivery/completion certificate by the Politician's Chief of Staff.
All branded materials (banners, T-shirts, booklets, tote bags) must bear the Politician's official name, party colours, and the Nigeria Lagos summit branding as approved in writing by the office. No alterations are permitted without prior written consent.
The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of premium quality, and free from defects. Any defective items must be replaced within 48 hours at the supplier's own cost.
This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
The supplier shall comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations in Nigeria Lagos during the execution of this Purchase Order.
This Purchase Order may be amended or cancelled only by mutual written agreement between the Politician's office and the supplier.
All intellectual property rights in the event recordings, photographs, and printed materials produced under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the office of the Honourable Politician.
