- Delivery: All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Office of the Honorable Politician at G-9/4, Islamabad, Pakistan, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall attract a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory inspection of all delivered items. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account. The Politician's office reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found defective or non-compliant with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials, merchandise, and equipment must meet the quality standards prescribed by the Politician's campaign management team. A pre-delivery inspection shall be conducted at the vendor's facility in Islamabad before final dispatch. Any item failing inspection must be replaced at the vendor's own cost within 5 working days.
- Compliance: The vendor acknowledges that this Purchase Order is issued in connection with a political campaign in Pakistan Islamabad and agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of the Elections Act, 2017, the Political Parties Registration Act, and the regulations of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding campaign expenditure limits and transparency requirements.
- Confidentiality: The vendor shall treat all information pertaining to the Politician's campaign strategy, voter data, and internal communications as strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under the Pakistan Information Technology Act, 2002.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed curfews in Islamabad, or acts of civil unrest. Affected parties must notify the other within 48 hours of the occurrence.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- Amendments: No modification or amendment to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Politician's office and the vendor's authorized signatory.
- Warranty: All electronic equipment and vehicles provided under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. The vendor shall coordinate all warranty claims on behalf of the Politician's office.
