Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) guidelines governing political campaign expenditures in Pakistan Karachi. All expenditures must comply with the prescribed limits for a Politician contesting a Provincial Assembly seat.
- The Politician's campaign office shall make payment within 15 (fifteen) working days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier, subject to satisfactory delivery and inspection of all goods and services listed herein.
- All campaign materials bearing the Politician's name, portrait, or party symbol must be approved in writing by the Politician's designated campaign manager before production begins. No material shall be distributed in Pakistan Karachi without prior authorization.
- The supplier shall deliver all physical goods to the Politician's campaign headquarters at Clifton Block 5, Pakistan Karachi, within 10 (ten) working days of the date of this Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified for event-based services.
- Event-based services (stages, sound, security) shall be scheduled in coordination with the Politician's campaign calendar and confirmed at least 72 hours in advance via written communication.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of commercial quality, and free from defects. Any defective items shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within 5 (five) working days of notification.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved by the competent courts in Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province.
- The Politician's campaign office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reduce the quantities specified in this Purchase Order with 48 hours' written notice to the supplier, in which case payment shall be made only for goods delivered and services rendered up to the date of modification.
- All financial transactions related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted through bank transfer to the Politician's designated campaign fund account as registered with the Election Commission of Pakistan. Cash payments exceeding PKR 100,000 are strictly prohibited.
- The supplier shall maintain complete records of all transactions under this Purchase Order and make them available for audit by the Election Commission of Pakistan or any authorized body upon request.
