- Compliance: All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the Political Financing Law (Ley N° 29818) and its amendments, as well as the regulations issued by the ONPE for the 2026 electoral process in Peru Lima.
- Transparency: The Politician's campaign office shall maintain full transparency in the use of funds. All invoices, receipts, and delivery confirmations must be submitted to the Campaign Finance Director within 5 business days of transaction.
- Delivery: All physical goods must be delivered to the campaign headquarters in San Isidro, Peru Lima, no later than the required delivery date. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item per calendar day, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Quality Assurance: The vendor guarantees that all printed materials, digital content, and services meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The campaign office reserves the right to reject non-conforming items without penalty.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2, within 30 calendar days of the campaign office's written acceptance of the invoice and verification of delivered goods or completed services.
- Confidentiality: The vendor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician's campaign strategies, voter data, and internal communications. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate contract termination and legal action under Peruvian law.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Peru Lima.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Peru Lima.
- ONPE Reporting: The vendor shall provide itemized documentation sufficient for the campaign office to file accurate expenditure reports with the ONPE within the legally mandated deadlines.
