TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Representative, a Politician serving the legislative district of Manila, Philippines, and is governed by the Philippine Government Procurement Reform Act (Republic Act No. 9184) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
- The Supplier shall deliver all items listed above to the designated address in Manila, Philippines, on or before the stated delivery date. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All goods must be of new, unused, and commercial quality. Any defective items shall be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Politician's office.
- Payment shall be released within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of full and satisfactory delivery and acceptance of goods by the authorized representative of the Politician's Manila office.
- The Supplier shall provide a valid Official Receipt (OR) and Tax Invoice for each delivery. All transactions are subject to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations of the Philippines.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Politician's office and the Supplier. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Manila, Philippines, as the exclusive venue.
- The Supplier warrants that all materials and services comply with the standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine National Standards (PNS).
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If not accepted and acknowledged in writing by the Supplier within this period, it shall automatically lapse.
- All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
