All printed materials (Items 01, 02, 04, and 06) shall be delivered to the Politician's office at the Diplomatic Quarter, Doha, no later than 28 June 2025. The audio-visual setup (Item 03) must be installed and tested by 10:00 AM on 15 July 2025 at the Doha Convention Centre. Digital content (Item 05) shall be delivered in batches of four videos, with the first batch due by 20 June 2025 and the final batch by 10 July 2025. Security coordination (Item 07) and interpretation services (Item 08) are to be mobilized on the specific dates communicated by the Politician's Chief of Staff, no fewer than 72 hours in advance.
6. Payment TermsPayment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery by the Politician's office. A 10% advance payment of QAR 38,556.00 shall be released upon execution of this Purchase Order. The remaining balance shall be settled in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of all printed and digital deliverables, and the final 50% upon successful completion of the parliamentary address event on 15 July 2025.
7. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Government Procurement Law (Law No. 11 of 2014, as amended).
- The supplier warrants that all materials bearing the Politician's name, portrait, or official insignia shall be produced with full authorization and shall not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the stated campaign in Qatar Doha without written consent from the Politician's office.
- Any deviation from the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the Chief of Staff to the Politician prior to execution.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's schedule, policy positions, and internal communications obtained during the course of this engagement.
- Failure to meet the delivery schedule shall result in a penalty of 1% of the affected line-item value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
- All work shall comply with Qatar's advertising and public communications regulations as enforced by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated only for work completed and verified up to the date of termination.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
