- All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's designated office at Jeddah City Hall, Saudi Arabia, no later than the delivery date specified above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day of delay.
- The supplier, Al-Nakheel Events & Political Services Co., warrants that all services rendered in support of the Politician's public duties in Jeddah shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) regulations and the Jeddah Municipality procurement code.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect all goods and services upon delivery. Any item found to be defective, incomplete, or non-conforming to the specifications outlined herein shall be replaced or corrected at the supplier's sole expense within five (5) business days.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to custom-designed materials (banners, digital content, photography, videography) produced under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Office of the Politician, Councillor Abdullah Al-Rashidi, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's personal information, constituent data, and internal municipal deliberations obtained in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order.
