- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of this Purchase Order. A 40% advance payment is due upon signing, and the remaining 60% shall be settled upon full delivery and acceptance of all goods and services in Senegal Dakar.
- Delivery Location: All goods shall be delivered to the Politician's campaign headquarters at 42 Avenue Cheikh Anta Diop, Plateau, Dakar, Senegal. Services shall be rendered at the designated venues within Dakar, Senegal as specified in the item descriptions.
- Compliance: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is subject to the electoral laws of the Republic of Senegal, including the Code Electoral of Senegal and all regulations governing political campaign expenditures in Dakar.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials must bear the Politician's approved portrait, verified campaign slogan, and the official campaign registration number. Any deviation will result in rejection of the affected items.
- Penalties for Late Delivery: A penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall apply if the supplier fails to deliver goods or render services by the required delivery date of 05 July 2025.
