1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Politician, Mr. R. A. Perera, operating from Colombo, Sri Lanka, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier. All goods and services listed herein are intended to support the Politician's official parliamentary duties, constituency services, and public engagement activities within the Colombo district and the broader Sri Lanka region.
2. The supplier shall deliver all goods and complete all services in accordance with the timelines specified in the line items above. Failure to meet delivery deadlines in Colombo, Sri Lanka, shall result in a penalty of 2% of the affected line item value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier, provided that all goods and services have been inspected and approved by the Politician's Chief of Staff or designated representative in Colombo.
4. All campaign materials, branded items, and digital content produced under this Purchase Order shall bear the Politician's official name, portrait, and political emblem as approved in writing by the Politician's communications team. No alterations are permitted without prior written consent.
5. The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of merchantable quality, and free from defects. All services shall be performed by qualified and licensed professionals in compliance with the laws of Sri Lanka, including but not limited to the Election Act, the Data Protection Act, and the Public Procurement regulations applicable in Colombo.
6. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Politician's office and the supplier. Any changes to scope, quantity, or pricing must be documented in a formal amendment attached to this Purchase Order.
7. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka. The governing law of this document is the law of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
8. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's personal information, campaign strategies, voter data, and internal communications. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action.
NOTE: This Purchase Order has been prepared in accordance with the financial regulations governing elected Politicians in Sri Lanka. All expenditures are subject to audit by the Election Commission of Sri Lanka and the relevant parliamentary oversight committee. The Politician's office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods and completed services prior to final acceptance and payment.
