Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by the office of the Politician, Hon. Dr. Abdel Rahman El-Tahir, for the procurement of goods and services necessary for the operational needs of the constituency office located in Sudan Khartoum. The Politician's office shall be the sole authorized recipient of all items listed herein.
- All goods must be delivered to the Politician's office at 42 Al-Rashid Street, Al-Murra District, Khartoum, Sudan. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation costs within the city of Khartoum.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery and written acceptance by the Politician's designated office manager. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Bank of Khartoum, Al-Murra Branch.
- The supplier warrants that all goods delivered under this Purchase Order shall be new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. A minimum 12-month warranty is required on all electronic equipment and 24-month warranty on furniture items.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the dates specified in this Purchase Order shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day of delay, as determined by the Politician's office administration in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order, including translation, interpretation, and technical installation, must be performed by qualified professionals and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Sudan.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan.
- The Politician's office in Sudan Khartoum shall provide a safe and accessible environment for the delivery and installation of all goods. The supplier must coordinate delivery times with the office manager at least 48 hours in advance.
- This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within ten (10) business days of the issue date. The Politician's office may amend or cancel this Purchase Order at any time prior to the supplier's confirmation, subject to written notice.
