Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. Payment via bank transfer to the supplier's account at UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland (IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7). All amounts are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Politician's Office in Switzerland Zurich and the named supplier. All goods and services shall comply with Swiss quality standards and applicable federal and cantonal regulations.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect all delivered items upon arrival at the Zurich City Hall premises. Any non-conforming goods must be replaced or repaired at the supplier's expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to Limmatquai 5, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, between 08:00 and 16:00 CET, Monday through Friday. The supplier bears all transportation and insurance costs until goods are accepted by the Politician's designated receiving officer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation and the Canton of Zurich. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
- The supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the Politician's political activities, legislative work, and constituency matters in Switzerland Zurich. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action under Swiss data protection law (DSG/FADP).
