3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Public Procurement Act, 2011 (as amended), applicable to all government and parliamentary procurement activities in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
All goods and services specified herein shall be delivered or rendered to the office of the Politician at the designated address in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order, unless a different timeline is mutually agreed upon in writing.
The Supplier warrants that all goods shall be new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. All services shall be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with Tanzanian professional standards and the specific requirements of the Politician's parliamentary mandate.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory inspection of the delivered goods or completed services by the Politician's administrative team.
The Supplier shall comply with all applicable Tanzanian tax regulations, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 18%, which is included in the unit prices stated above. A valid Tax Invoice bearing the Supplier's TIN registered in Tanzania Dar es Salaam must accompany each delivery.
Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within fourteen (14) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Politician's office. All work must be performed under the direct supervision or quality assurance of the Supplier's principal staff.
The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any goods or services that do not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order, and the Supplier shall replace or rectify such items at no additional cost within seven (7) business days.
All campaign materials, printed documents, and branded items produced under this Purchase Order shall bear the official insignia and messaging approved by the Politician's communications team prior to production.
This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
