Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Thai Government Procurement Act B.E. 2560 (2017) and all applicable regulations governing public expenditure in Thailand. All transactions are subject to audit by the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand.
- The Supplier shall deliver all goods and commence all services at the Politician's designated office in Bangkok, Thailand, within the timelines specified above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item value per calendar day, capped at 10%.
- All printed materials and public communications must bear the official seal of the Politician's office and comply with the Election Commission of Thailand's guidelines on political communication in Bangkok and nationwide.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's registered account in Thailand within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (Fap Kaw) and proof of delivery or service completion.
- The Supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and comply with Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) regulations where applicable. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the contents of this Purchase Order and any associated political strategy documents. Disclosure is permitted only to authorized government auditors or as required by Thai law.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both the authorized representative of the Politician's office and the Supplier. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Bangkok Arbitration Institute before any litigation in Thai courts.
- The Supplier acknowledges that this procurement supports the public service duties of the Honorable Politician in representing the constituents of Bangkok, Thailand, and agrees to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and transparency.
