Delivery Location: Office of the Honorable Politician, Atatürk Bulvarı No. 154, Çankaya, 06530 Ankara, Turkey. All goods must be delivered to the Politician's designated Ankara office premises during standard business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday through Friday).
Delivery Schedule: Items 01 through 06 shall be delivered within 30 calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. Items 07 through 10 are service-based and shall commence within 14 calendar days. The supplier shall coordinate delivery logistics with the Politician's Chief of Staff in Ankara.
Payment Terms: Net 45 days from the date of invoice acceptance. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Turkey. The Politician's office reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that do not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order document.
Warranty: All physical goods are subject to a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. Service items are subject to a 90-day performance guarantee.
5.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the Turkish Commercial Code (Law No. 6102) and the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 4734) where applicable to the Politician's office operations in Ankara.
5.2. The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is issued on behalf of a Politician serving in the Grand National Assembly in Turkey Ankara and that all procurement activities must comply with the ethical standards and transparency requirements set forth by the Assembly's internal regulations.
5.3. Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Politician's authorized representative and the supplier's authorized representative. Verbal agreements are not binding.
5.4. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's office operations, constituent data, and any sensitive political information encountered during the fulfillment of this Purchase Order in Ankara.
5.5. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Ankara, Turkey, before resorting to litigation in the competent courts of Ankara.
5.6. This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within 10 business days of the date of issue.
