1. Purpose and Context

3. Terms and Conditions

All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered or rendered at the Politician's official office in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise specified in writing by the issuing authority.
The supplier acknowledges that the end beneficiary of all procured items is the Honorable Politician in the capacity of a public official of the Republic of Turkey, and all materials bearing the Politician's name, image, or likeness must comply with the electoral advertising regulations of the Supreme Electoral Council (YSK) of Turkey.
Delivery of physical goods shall be completed no later than 21 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Service engagements (Items 04, 05, 06, 07) shall commence on dates mutually agreed upon in a supplementary schedule annexed to this document.
Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid, itemized invoice conforming to the Turkish Accounting Law (Law No. 6102). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.
The supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. A warranty period of no less than twelve (12) months applies to all electronic and mechanical equipment.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from its interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any line item in this Purchase Order with a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice to the supplier. No additional compensation shall be owed for modifications not yet executed.
All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon signature by both parties and the affixation of the official seal of the Politician's office in Istanbul, Turkey.
