- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the UK Government's Procurement Policy Note on transparency. All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's constituency office in Birmingham, United Kingdom, at the address specified above.
- The Supplier acknowledges that all deliverables under this Purchase Order are intended to support the public duties of the Politician in representing the constituents of Birmingham Central. No portion of the contracted services shall be used for private or non-constituent-facing purposes.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, provided that all goods and services have been accepted in writing by the Politician's office manager. Payment shall be made via BACS transfer to the Supplier's nominated bank account in the United Kingdom.
- The Supplier warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal data collected in connection with the Politician's constituency activities in Birmingham shall be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Politician's office at 42 Victoria Street, Birmingham, B3 2AA, United Kingdom, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on business days. The Supplier shall provide 48 hours' written notice prior to any delivery or installation activity.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods or services that do not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced or corrected at the Supplier's sole cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the Politician under this Purchase Order, including but not limited to branding assets, policy documents, and communications materials, shall vest in the Politician's office upon full payment. The Supplier retains no rights to reproduce or distribute such materials without prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Politician's authorised representative and the Supplier. No verbal modifications shall be binding. Any variation exceeding 10% of the original contract value requires re-tender in accordance with UK public procurement law.
