Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
  2. The Politician's office (Buyer) reserves the right to inspect all goods and services upon delivery. Any items not conforming to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days at the Supplier's expense.
  3. Payment shall be made via BACS transfer to the Supplier's nominated bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 applicable in the United Kingdom.
  4. All goods must be delivered to the Politician's constituency office at 14 Great George Street, Westminster, London SW1P 3AA, United Kingdom, between 09:00 and 16:00 on a business day. The Supplier shall provide 48 hours' written notice prior to delivery.
  5. The Supplier warrants that all services and goods provided under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable United Kingdom legislation, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018, the Equality Act 2010, and relevant health and safety regulations applicable in London.
  6. Confidentiality: The Supplier acknowledges that in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order for the Politician's office, they may come into possession of sensitive political and personal information. All such data shall be handled in strict accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  7. This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The Politician's office retains the right to amend, cancel, or modify line items prior to the Supplier's confirmation of acceptance.
  8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or civil unrest in the London, United Kingdom area.
  9. All intellectual property rights in branded materials, campaign content, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Politician's office.
