- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Politician, Mr. Aziz Karimov, operating from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and governs all procurement activities related to the Politician's official duties and public service obligations.
- All goods and services listed herein shall be delivered to the Politician's designated office at 42 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, no later than the stated delivery deadline of 30 June 2025.
- The Supplier warrants that all items conform to the standards set by the Republic of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Commerce and comply with all applicable regulations governing the procurement of goods for political office holders in Tashkent.
- Payment shall be processed in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery by the Politician's administrative staff.
- The Supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's personal information, security arrangements, and the nature of all services rendered. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Politician's authorized representative and the Supplier's authorized signatory. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all hardware and equipment. Service contracts (security, transportation, event planning) shall be subject to quarterly performance reviews by the Politician's office in Tashkent.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any delivery that does not meet the specified quality standards. Rejected items must be replaced within five (5) business days at the Supplier's sole expense.
- All printed materials and campaign documents procured under this Purchase Order must bear the Politician's official seal and comply with the electoral and political communication regulations of Tashkent and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
