- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the 2023 Public Procurement Law and all applicable municipal regulations of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all goods or completion of all services listed herein. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Delivery and Performance: All goods must be delivered to the Office of the Politician, located at 65 Le Loi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All services must be performed at the locations specified in the line items or as otherwise directed by the Politician's chief of staff.
- Quality Standards: All printed materials, equipment, and services must meet the official standards prescribed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for government use. The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any item or service that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that certain items and services relate to the official duties of a public Politician in Ho Chi Minh City and may involve sensitive governmental information. - Amendments: This Purchase Order may be amended only by written addendum signed by both the authorized representative of the Politician's office and the supplier. Verbal modifications are not binding.
