3.1 This Purchase Order is binding upon acceptance by the supplier and constitutes the sole contractual agreement between the Office of the Politician in Zimbabwe Harare and the named supplier for the goods and services described herein.
3.2 All goods must be delivered to the Parliamentary Complex, Zimbabwe Harare, no later than the delivery deadline stated above. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
3.3 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation by the Politician's designated procurement officer.
3.4 The supplier warrants that all equipment is new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty applies to all electronic items. The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
3.5 This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Public Procurement Act and the Financial Management of Public Funds Act. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the Zimbabwe Harare Magistrates' Court or by arbitration under the Zimbabwe Arbitration Act.
3.6 The Politician's office in Zimbabwe Harare reserves the right to modify, cancel, or amend this Purchase Order in writing prior to the commencement of delivery. No verbal modifications shall be recognized.
3.7 The supplier shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable in Zimbabwe Harare during the installation and setup of all procured items.
4. AUTHORIZATION AND SIGNATURESThis Purchase Order is authorized and issued under the authority of the Honorable Politician, Dr. Tendai M. Chikafu, M.P., for the Zimbabwe Harare constituency. The undersigned confirm that the funds allocated for this procurement have been verified and are available within the Politician's parliamentary office budget for the current fiscal year.
