Note: This Purchase Order has been authorized by the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, University of Algiers, in support of Professor Dr. Amina Cherif's ongoing research project "Advanced Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations" (Grant No. PRFU-2025-0341). All items are to be delivered to the University of Algiers campus in Algiers, Algeria, and installed at the location specified above. The Professor will personally inspect and sign the delivery receipt upon arrival.

Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with Algerian public procurement regulations (Law No. 23-12 of 2023) and the internal procurement policy of the University of Algiers.
The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the University of Algiers, Faculty of Sciences, in Algiers, Algeria, no later than 05 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per calendar day of delay.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the Professor's written acceptance and the submission of a valid tax invoice conforming to Algerian fiscal requirements.
All equipment must carry a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery and installation in Algiers. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support within the Algiers metropolitan area during the warranty period.
The Professor, Prof. Dr. Amina Cherif, or her designated laboratory technician shall conduct the final inspection upon delivery. Any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with the return of non-conforming items to Algiers.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both the authorized university representative and the supplier. No modification shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
