- This Purchase Order is issued by the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main on behalf of Professor Dr. Heinrich Vogel, Chair of Applied Physics. All goods and services shall be delivered to the specified address in Frankfurt, Germany, no later than the delivery deadline stated above.
- The supplier, LabTech Scientific GmbH, confirms that all equipment meets the current German and European safety standards (CE marking, DIN norms) and is fully compliant with the regulations of the State of Hesse (Land Hessen) regarding public procurement.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a correct invoice, in accordance with the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB). The university's central accounting office in Frankfurt will process the transaction.
