2. The supplier shall deliver all items to the Professor's designated laboratory and office at Vile Parle (West), Mumbai – 400056, Maharashtra, India, within 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified for individual line items.
3. Payment shall be made via RTGS/NEFT to the supplier's designated bank account within 45 days of successful delivery and acceptance of goods by the Professor. The payment is subject to the university's internal audit verification process as mandated by the Government of India's public procurement guidelines.
4. All items must comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certifications where applicable. The supplier shall provide valid GST invoices, BIS certificates, and import duty receipts (if applicable) along with the delivery.
5. The Professor reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival at the Mumbai campus. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming items shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within 7 working days.

7. This Purchase Order is subject to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and all applicable laws of the State of Maharashtra and the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
8. The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Professor and the university's Procurement Committee.
