- Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the Professor's laboratory at the University of Tehran, Enghelab Avenue, Tehran, Iran, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery within the Tehran city limits is included in the quoted price.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Iranian Rial (IRR) via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Bank Melli Iran, Tehran branch, within 15 business days of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all goods by the Professor and the Department's Quality Assurance Committee.
- Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all electronic and mechanical equipment. The warranty shall be serviced locally in Tehran, Iran, with response time not exceeding 48 hours.
- Compliance: All equipment must comply with the relevant Iranian National Standards (ISIRI) and the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Professor reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the stated academic and research requirements.
- Installation and Training: The supplier shall provide on-site installation of the test rig and data acquisition system at the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, and shall conduct a minimum 4-hour training session for the Professor and two graduate research assistants.
