This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty State University of Economics and Finance (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Professor Dr. Aibek Nurlanov (hereinafter referred to as the "Professor" or "Supplier") for the provision of specialized academic consulting services, research supervision, and the supply of related educational materials. The Professor shall render all services in accordance with the academic standards established in the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall conduct all professional activities within the city of Almaty unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Professor, governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation in force in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Economic Court.
2. The Professor warrants that all services rendered and materials supplied under this Purchase Order shall be of the highest academic and professional quality, free from intellectual property infringement, and in full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Professor's designated account at JSC "National Bank of Kazakhstan," Almaty branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated under Kazakhstan commercial law.
4. The Professor shall maintain full professional liability insurance valid throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan for the duration of the engagement. Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Buyer prior to the commencement of services.
5. All intellectual property created specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall be jointly owned, with the Professor retaining the right to publish academic findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a thirty-day prior notice to the Buyer.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Professor shall be compensated for all services rendered and materials delivered up to the date of termination.
7. This Purchase Order is valid only for the academic year 2025–2026 and all services must be completed within the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
8. The Professor agrees to comply with all data protection regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law on Personal Data and Its Protection, when handling any student or institutional data during the course of the engagement.
